ServiceOne Resource Center allows you to upload and share documents and media on your portal for download. The Resource Center makes it easy for you to upload and your customers to download files in a secure portal environment. It comes with a provision of MD5 hash that allows your customer to validate that if the downloaded files are same as the original files on the server. This is used especially for the files with large sizes.
